OT: NFL Conference Championship Weekend - Who You Got?
Who you got between Bills-Chiefs and Bucs-Packers?
For Bucs-Packers, I’m going 24-21 Packers. I know the Bucs smacked the Packers around earlier this year but that game really looks like an aberration. Rodgers at home, in the snow, playing at an MVP-level, I think gives them the slightest of edges. I know with Brady you’ve always got a shot and he’s playing great football right now, but it’s hard to beat any team twice in the same year. Much less a #1 seed Green Bay Packers.
For Bills-Chiefs, I’ve got 35-31 Chiefs, setting up Chiefs-Packers in the Super Bowl. But if Mahomes is less than 100% today, the Bills could pull off the upset.
Who do you all have?
January 24th, 2021 at 1:14 PM ^
Heart: Bucs & Bills
Brain: Packers & Chiefs
January 24th, 2021 at 1:24 PM ^
Agree. Love to see Bucs and Bills. Don't think it will happen.
January 24th, 2021 at 1:24 PM ^
This is the correct answer
January 24th, 2021 at 1:52 PM ^
That’s me, too. I just can’t see Tampa beating Green Bay twice this year. Especially now that they have to go on the road to do it. And now with the Bucs being down Antoine Winfield Jr., their starting rookie safety who’s made a lot of plays this year, it’s going to make things even more difficult for them to get off the field and get the ball back to Brady.
But if anyone can pull this off, it’s Brady. He absolutely gives them a legitimate chance to win today.
January 24th, 2021 at 2:39 PM ^
Well, I bet with your heart, so I’m pretty sure your brain will be correct.

Going Bucs (that's my homer pick) in the first game and for the second game - No one circles the wagons...
January 24th, 2021 at 1:25 PM ^
Bucs & Chiefs
January 24th, 2021 at 1:28 PM ^
Don't have a vested interest in either game but would like to see a Tampa/ Buffalo Super bowl.
Just came in from shoveling the driveway and now preparing to make a double batch of 3 beer chili. Nothing like watching some good football, eating some good chili and drinking some good bourbon ?. Also, my wife is making a pan of cornbread to go with everything ?.
Enjoy the day my fellow MGobloggers ?
January 24th, 2021 at 2:12 PM ^
Put some jalapeno in the cornbread. Thank me later!
January 24th, 2021 at 3:48 PM ^
No thanks putin. Neither the wife or I are pepper tolerant. Just a little piece of green pepper and we both are miserable. Horrible reaction to any peppers. You can have all of ours forever.
January 24th, 2021 at 1:40 PM ^
I want Tampa and Buffalo. Let’s make it 10 Super Bowls for the GOAT. I think K.C. Wins it all.
January 24th, 2021 at 1:44 PM ^
Growing up in the Chicago area, I've rooted for the Packers to lose every game for my entire life... It hasn't gone well...
Packers, Chiefs.
January 24th, 2021 at 1:46 PM ^
I love my Bills but if I go with my head, I just think the Chiefs are too good - even with Mahomes maybe limited
I like Chiefs-Packers and the Packers win it all
January 24th, 2021 at 1:47 PM ^
Most of money is going on a 6.5 point teaser of the Buccaneers and the over. I think GB will win but won't cover my juiced bet of Bucs +10. Not so sure about the over and I need both to win the bet so here's to hoping for points and a bunch of them.
January 24th, 2021 at 1:51 PM ^
Chiefs vs Packers.....full circle
January 24th, 2021 at 2:01 PM ^
Go Pack Go!
and, well, I’d like to see the Bills. But The State Farm Bowl would be pretty epic.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:49 PM ^
I’m very happy your team is losing. I think it’s great and I wanted you to know that.
January 24th, 2021 at 6:22 PM ^
It’s a game. Brady didn’t play well, but the defense played better. Thanks for the empathy. Prick.
January 24th, 2021 at 2:01 PM ^
What I want: Bucs & Bills
What will happen: Pack & Chiefs
January 24th, 2021 at 2:03 PM ^
Packers - Chiefs for the AllState Rodgers/Mahomes Rate Super Bowl.
January 24th, 2021 at 2:28 PM ^
That would be awesome. 8 hours of State Farm commercials
January 24th, 2021 at 2:04 PM ^
I just want to see Tom Brady smack Green Bay right in the face and call it a day.
January 24th, 2021 at 2:26 PM ^
I would like Tom brady to win, if he doesnt im ok with that though .
I just dont want the Chiefs to win today or repeat as SB champs .
January 24th, 2021 at 2:28 PM ^
I like these pairings-I have no known favorites at this time. Usually, during the course of such a contests, I discover I do have a favorite...we will see.
January 24th, 2021 at 2:44 PM ^
I would like to see Packers vs Chiefs for the Super Bowl. That would be great football.
January 24th, 2021 at 2:46 PM ^
I think people are over exaggerating how injured Mahomes is
January 24th, 2021 at 4:20 PM ^
So does "over exaggerating" make him better or worse than he is?
January 24th, 2021 at 2:48 PM ^
I've got Packers and Bills winning today, in two VERY close games.
Like most here (at least it seems), I'd rather see Bucs-Bills in the SB.
January 25th, 2021 at 11:51 AM ^
Well...
There's some good evidence as to why I stay TF away from sports gambling!
January 24th, 2021 at 3:05 PM ^
My money's on Clete Blakeman
January 24th, 2021 at 3:11 PM ^
Tampa Bay and Tom Brady all the way! Even though my AFC team is the Chiefs, since I've lived close to KC for over 20 years.
January 24th, 2021 at 3:15 PM ^
Brady + tall skilled receivers = profit
January 24th, 2021 at 3:32 PM ^
Mahomes is otherworldly but I think his foot issue will really be a problem.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:29 PM ^
Incredible! Oh, sorry-that Tampa TD to end the first half.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:29 PM ^
4th down on 39 seconds left for half and OMG Tom Brady. Are you kidding me!
January 24th, 2021 at 4:30 PM ^
43 years old. Tom Brady GOAT
January 24th, 2021 at 4:31 PM ^
Wow, what an inexcusable mistake by Green Bay there at the end of the half. Channeling their inner Detroit Lion.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:33 PM ^
wow packers look like they are going to lose this one
January 24th, 2021 at 4:44 PM ^
It could also be stated that Tom Brady and the Buccaneers look like they are going to win this one
January 24th, 2021 at 4:33 PM ^
Another fantastic showing by GB defense in the playoffs!
Trade Rodgers to the 49ers and let him get another ring he deserves
January 24th, 2021 at 4:34 PM ^
Good job Brady!
Aikman's love affair with Rogers/GB is growing tiresome. Just call the damn game.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:40 PM ^
Brady is just insane. There was already very little debate, but this season has sealed it. He is without a doubt the greatest QB to ever play the game.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:40 PM ^
Quite a first half by the Goat. Better get me some more recover PJ's !
January 24th, 2021 at 4:40 PM ^
I don’t know if you guys noticed, it looked like Brady called that punt off himself. Absolute legend.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:41 PM ^
wow, that was a pretty gutsy call to go for it on 4th and then Brady's dime to Miller looked almost exactly like the first TD pass he threw to Miller versus Vegas
January 24th, 2021 at 5:01 PM ^
I was yelling at my TV to go for it because the upside was better than the downside. If they failed to convert, the Packers would have had 55 yards to go in 8 seconds. Against the Lions that would have been a likely TD but it's January and the Lions are sitting on their couches like we are.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:43 PM ^
So Tom Brady may be not be a system quarterback after all?
January 24th, 2021 at 4:54 PM ^
We’re also seeing what Belichick’s Brady-less system team was capable of without him. Results: uh, not great.
January 24th, 2021 at 4:47 PM ^
Take note on how to stop the crossing route...
