The article says that for the first time in about 100 years, Topps will feature non-athletes on baseball cards. Kate is one of a few with Michigan ties. Sorry. I love Kate as much as the rest of America. However, a baseball card is just that. I have fond memories of using my rookie Johnny Bench card, a clothes pin, and a 20" 5 speed with an 8-ball shifter. It was 1975.
Later I learned that Bench's card was worth about $75. But that was the fun of collecting those cards. Sorry Kate, I love you but you have to go.
