OT: AFC Divisional Playoffs: Kansas City @ Buffalo
Joined in progress at the half, the Bills just scored with 26 ticks remaining before halftime to grab a 17-13 lead.
Let the victory celebration continue in the NFC Lions thread! We now finally have a separate thread for dropping our opinions on the Bills vs Chiefs as they battle for a spot in the AFC finals.

i don't have a dog in the fight, but i think i'm rooting for the bills, too.
sorry about your rams. hopefully you are fully on board with the honolulu blue train.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:00 PM ^
Absolutely on board with Lions. 49ers = OSU
January 21st, 2024 at 9:14 PM ^
appreciate the support. there's a lot of similarities between Bills/Lions as with Buffalo/Detroit
January 21st, 2024 at 8:21 PM ^
this has been a really fun game to watch.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:13 PM ^

I'm so accustomed to the Chiefs ALWAYS hosting playoff games that I just realized my mistake and edited the OP title.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:35 PM ^
not only that but hosting the Bills, reg or playoff! the last SIX have all been KC!
January 21st, 2024 at 8:26 PM ^
Lions bills sounds like a Super Bowl I can get behind.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:35 PM ^
Same here. Want the Lions to win it all but if they don't then I'd be happy for another long suffering fan base to end their drought.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:16 PM ^
I don't want to face the Ravens, if the Lions were able to make it to the super bowl.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:26 PM ^
Buffalo wings > KC BBQ
Go Bills!
(Damn, I wish I was in Gabriel's Gate watching right now).

This matchup seems like it is always entertaining.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:39 PM ^
No dog in this fight either but it fun to watch these great quarterbacks and good teams go at it.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:44 PM ^
exactly. fun football. well played. back and forth.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:41 PM ^
Big injuries to the Chiefs D, losing starting LB & FS in the 1st half.
What a pass by Allen on the rollout to Shakir.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:46 PM ^
bills are without their entire first string LB's. all are second string and of the 4 they've dressed, 52 has a bad ankle and is limping around. tweaked it when he pushed mahomes out of bounds on the KC opening drive.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:58 PM ^
No doubt. Both teams banged up in the middle.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:46 PM ^
Whatever team wins in this game, I will be rooting strongly for them to beat the Ravens next week. Sorry, John.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:56 PM ^
Taylor Swift generally annoys me, so I'm hoping for the Bills
January 21st, 2024 at 8:59 PM ^
no doubt. I’ll miss her like I’d miss a head cold.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:02 PM ^
That Woman is so full of herself. Kelsey will be dumped in the next couple of months.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:07 PM ^
Is she though? And if the answer is yes, doesn't she deserve to be?
January 21st, 2024 at 9:06 PM ^
Most football fans are tired of the TV networks constantly showing Swift at Chiefs games. Can you imagine how bad it will be if KC makes the Super Bowl
January 21st, 2024 at 9:08 PM ^
Haters gonna hate. Hate hate hate hate.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:19 PM ^
Yea, I deserved that. :)

Wide Right (Taylor's Version)
January 21st, 2024 at 9:35 PM ^
They hate Tay because they hate #winning.
January 21st, 2024 at 8:59 PM ^
These are PAC 12 teams, defense optional.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:01 PM ^
I thought the Bills would win this game with the cold weather but it looks like KC came to play and have a good chance of pulling out the victory.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:02 PM ^
It always feels like Josh Allen is going to score or turn the ball over on every play.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:03 PM ^
oohhh. That took some stones. Fail
January 21st, 2024 at 9:04 PM ^
Bills just pulled a Dan Campbell, and not in a good way.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:06 PM ^
Chiefs fans groaning everytime Hardman touches the ball
January 21st, 2024 at 9:06 PM ^
Hate the rule but that's a touchback.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:08 PM ^
His thigh looked to be down before the ball game out. Looks like he's down at the half year line.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:09 PM ^
Good call
January 21st, 2024 at 9:07 PM ^
This has turned into a very interesting game. And now this review of that goal line play...
I really don't have a preference for either team as long as one of them is capable of potentially helping out the Lions by knocking off Baltimore next weekend. The Lions, of course, must also take care of business @ San Fran for it to matter, but of the remaining teams the one that scares me most would be having to face the Ravens again. They soundly thrashed Detroit several weeks ago and seem to have fewer flaws than anyone else who remains in the hunt.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:07 PM ^
That’s Buffalo ball right there.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:09 PM ^
Gotta be the worst way to turn it over. You're about to score! Juuuust kidding.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:16 PM ^
and clinch the game too! wow.
not complaining I'm grateful
January 21st, 2024 at 10:02 PM ^
I can think of at least one more worse
January 21st, 2024 at 9:18 PM ^
Shocking the Chiefs get the gift call.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:18 PM ^
KC has the momentum now and will win.
January 21st, 2024 at 9:19 PM ^
Absolute horseshit pass interference penalty right there. If we got that call vs OSU (ha!) In a high leverage situation I'd of course take it, but feel really embarrassed about it.
