Official GameDay Weather (courtesy of USAF)
As some of you know, my daughter is a Weather Forecaster for the USAF stationed at Warner Robbins Ga. She flew in last night for the game today. Here is her official forecast as of 7:15am:
Isolated showers are possible but not likely until about 4pm. Then they become more likely after 4pm. The kickoff temeperature 77F and 3pm temperature 81F
Thanks to the US Air Force and Go Blue!

Lugged my 8 oz highlighter Michigan poncho here from SF, but hoping not to need it. I was here against WMU in 2011(?) when the game was called with a quarter remaining because of lightning-- I felt pretty ripped off given how far I traveled to attend.

We finally left the stadium and headed off toward our car parked on the other side of the Pioneer Woods, and looking at the sky thinking "we aren't making it back before that hits again". Sure enough. But today WILL BE different. Go Blue!

This is one reason I don't like games starting in August. It is always HAUT as hell and that is not football weather.

Mid 70s was the overnight temp. It's going to be 92 degrees with nearly 100% humidity.

It must really hurt recruiting down there.
Wait . . . what?

The first amphibians developed in the Devonian period, solidly prepped for 100% humidity. They evolved and are now SEC players that prey on all types of dry-land beings.

HOWEVER, when I visit family in Michigan, especially in the UP, I cannot function properly as my blood thickens into ice pudding.

Especially when Brandon won't let you bring water in to hydrate yourself. Dangerous.

The real storm today will be caused by the game having zero plays from scrimmage. Kickoff, Norfleet return for TD. Repeat until the second half. Kickoff to App St, fumble, picked up and returned for TD. Kickoff, return for TD (Norfleet). Repeat until end of game.

Don't worry, they will still announce 100K. The AD will buy up the remaining 1500 tickets at special "discounted" prices (they'll just eat them and say they were sold).
100K forever!

I don't even have to click to find out who it was, do I?
Thanks, MGoSoftball; I like this report a lot more than what I saw from the NWS.

Sounds like great weather for a game. Also, thanks to you daughter for her service and for your sacrifice. It is never easy on the families either.

Herbie and David slobbering over Ohio's talent. Dez steps in and opines that, uhhh, this supposed talent is unproven as all hell and we'll have to find out how talented they really are, especially minus B. Miller.
