Notre Dame Trolled On Jeopardy
The answer to the question "What is Notre Dame" for $800 was "I should drop PE 070, Varsity Basketball, for Roman History at this Catholic Univ. in Indiana, but I got mad game!"
I'm sure every university has its own version of academic credits for sports or something, but I laughed.
Seems like the poor iwish are losing their national power as none of the players new the answer. LOL
I remember a Jeopardy where "Michigan Football" was a category. I thought all of the answers were easy but I am probably a little more exposed to it all...

Scroll down to double jeopardy for the Michigan Football category
And the category right next to it? Hail to the Victors.
And people say Michigan is no longer relevant? Come on. Two categories in one Jeopardy round is the definition of relevant.
Man, Karen really F-d that up on final Jeopardy. I'll bet shes kicking herself for that.
This site is awesome! I love the Michigan categories, but I also like the fact that there is access to so many Jeopardy games that were actually aired.
In the late 80s, I went to Michigan Law School with Chuck Forrest, who won the Jeopardy Tournament of Champions while he was in law school. Between his initial 5 game sweep (back when there was a 5 game limit on winning) and returning to the Tournament of Champions, a group of us would watch Jeopardy every night with him after dinner. He would carefully keep track of all the categories and the difficulty of questions to help him prepare. There was no source of information like this available then. Chuck would have loved it.
I hadn't know that Chuck Forrest was at the law school. This just makes him, and UMLS, that much cooler.
The finaly jeopardy strategies described on this website would make a fantastic case study for a game theory class
My personal favoirte jeopardy question was a Final Jeopardy on College towns where Ann Arbor was the answer.
Ding!
"What are Shoelaces?"
Also great pregame is drinking jeopardy, which is really a lot of fun. Better than many other recreational activities.
Same category, $400:
"Dropped Bankruptcy for Bloodfeuds, at this Ann Arbor Univ.'s law school 'cause Bloodfeuds sounded awesome!"
I don't for the life of me see how this is a $400 clue - Ave Maria's been gone for a few years now, and I don't think the A2 campus of Cooley has that much of a profile yet - but I'm clearly biased, what with my UMLS J.D. I also took Bloodfeuds. Which was awesome.
Jeopardy was good, but Celebrity Jeopardy was better.
