For BCS sakes, I think  ? we're pulling for clemson

I doubt the ND-Stanford game matters for our ranking, since stanford is unlikely to drop 10 spots with a loss, but should be a good one nonetheless

and so I'm rooting for the Tree to fall tonight.  By itself, it won't do it for us, but there still are a lot of combinations left.

With VT winning 38-0 today, I think we need to hit the daily double w/ Clemson winning tonight, but losing next week to VT to pick up the one spot there.

...but terrific Apple Cup game right now on Versus.  Tied at 14 with a minute left in the first half.  There's a type of superlative hatred/disrespect/disdain betweeen Wazzu and Udub that folks on this board should be able to relate to.

Just got to say, how great is it watching games around the league late in the season and cheering based on BCS implications for Michigan again? Feels effing awesome, even if it means holding my nose and cheering for ND. :)

Do the people who think Luck is having a better season than RG3 actually watch the games?

That he'll be a higher draft pick I can easily understand. That he'll outpoll Griffin in a vote on the best player of this season makes no sense.

Am I a bad person for lurking at IrishEnvy.com to read the ND fans flipping out when things don't go their way? Good lord are there some emotionally unstable people there, makes our liveblogs seem like we're on sedatives

After Kelly was caught blowing up on his QB (again), Herbie says, "he makes me nervous", followed by nervous laughter.

That cannot be good for recruiting.
