Myles Rowser flips to….Campbell

Remember Myles Rowser?

For those who don’t, he is a 4-star former Michigan commit from Belleville and brother of Andre Seldon. He recommitted from Michigan and flipped to Arkansas.

In a signing day surprise, he flipped his commitment from Arkansas to the FCS Campbell Camels.

Interesting move but look forward to seeing how it plays out for him

NIL!!!  It's what's for signing day...

I mean, this can only be a NIL deal because, even if Arkansas flat out told him he'd be hard pressed to see the field, he could have gone to any MAC school and been a starter.

What NIL deal is a random kid from outside of Detroit getting in the middle of nowhere, NC?

Maybe he just knows a coach, maybe it's grades and he didn't qualify to go FBS.

Tay'shawn Trent is also going FCS and we wanted him (at least when he decommited) if not for his grades.

Edit: MadGatter says legal issues, no idea if it's true...but another reason Campbell would become an option. I can assure you that its not NIL, though.

Rumor is that he has some legal issues and is being connected to a mass car-theft ring. He claims to be ignorant of it but Arkansas (and other FBS schools) don't want to take the chance.

I can't confirm that, but I wouldn't be surprised.  He had some discipline issues (that could be legal issues) and he would be hard pressed to qualify w/ the NCAA.  Let's just say he is not the brightest of stars and it has played out in more ways than one during his time in HS.

Maybe he'll end up having a good career, but this is yet another reason not to freak out about Belleville kids not coming to Michigan.

Meanwhile, Aaron Alexander has received a few crystal balls for UMass.

What do you think is up with the players there?   They are ranked good in high school but I haven't seen many have success in college and alot transfer because they can't get on the field it seems.   I say that school isn't worth paying alot of attention to plus it seems many get in trouble but that part I could be wrong.   Are they already maxed out in talent at this school or is there something different going on.

Quick question how many of those Belleville players have turned out to be good in college in the last 5 years?  I have no idea but they always seem to have high ranked prospects but in college they don't seem to do well and they all see to have some kind of problems at their schools or the ones they are suppose to go to.
