DOWNING JUST KRONWALLED A GUY
February 8th, 2014 at 6:00 PM ^
Maybe that'll finally get some energy going.

Best advice a hockey coach can give. They don't have a good case for interference, his body was already in motion before the puck came out, and it's possible first contact was made before the follow through even finished.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:03 PM ^
Awful.
I seriously think they have an intern doing this
February 8th, 2014 at 6:08 PM ^
The "Peanut Butter Sandwich Eater"???
February 8th, 2014 at 6:08 PM ^
Racine has been solid. Swallowing up shots, no rebounds
February 8th, 2014 at 6:10 PM ^
Every shot is going right into Skoff's gut. Not making him work at all
February 8th, 2014 at 6:13 PM ^
PSU isn't getting grade A chances anymore but neither are we
And as I say that it goes off the cross bar. There's like anti-puck magic going on around that Skoff guy
February 8th, 2014 at 6:14 PM ^
Boo hits the crossbar. That kind of game.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:14 PM ^
Nieves never hits the net :(
February 8th, 2014 at 6:14 PM ^
Didn't know this game was on tv until now, and now i regret finding it. Seriously? Down 3-0 to a winless PSU team? Great, we get to go down in PSU hockey history as their first B1G win. This continues to be a great day for Michigan sports.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:15 PM ^
If there was a stat for it, Boo Neives would lead the nation in shots hitting the post.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:17 PM ^
and come back in to see you guys losing 3-0? after what you did in iowa today? that's it. every one of you go to your room, and no dinner either. and i better not catch you sneaking downstairs trying to get a beer out of the fride.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:18 PM ^
what are you talking about?
February 8th, 2014 at 6:45 PM ^
in charge to make sure the hockey team didn't tank tonight, especially after this afternoon's horror in b-ball, and a 3-0 deficit wasn't what was planned.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:34 PM ^
the fuck?
February 8th, 2014 at 6:39 PM ^
The "fride"

gongshow
February 8th, 2014 at 6:20 PM ^
Need our energy guys (Hyman, Compher, Copp) to get us something. Just create some mo somehow
February 8th, 2014 at 6:22 PM ^
Would be very nice to put one in here. 3-1 after 2 is a heck of a lot nicer than 3-0
February 8th, 2014 at 6:22 PM ^
We need a goal here.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:24 PM ^
No joy.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:25 PM ^
Terrrrific powerplay
February 8th, 2014 at 6:26 PM ^
Hope Guptill's all right.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:31 PM ^
looking good for Guptill. He got sandwiched big-time and left clutching his shoulder.
They just showed it again, I fear the ESPN guys are right about something broken. Shoulder or collarbone most likely
February 8th, 2014 at 6:26 PM ^
We have been awful tonight. Looking like we're going to give this shit Penn State team their first conference win and we're not going to care while we do it
February 8th, 2014 at 6:31 PM ^
Did we get a shot on that power play? Kevin Clare running the point, the forwards getting outmanned on the boards. What a mess.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:32 PM ^
I knew the hockey team going to watch lacrosse at psu today was a bad idea.
Lax got beat 22-7.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:37 PM ^
The turnovers tonight are no different than any other game this season. The difference is that Nagelvoort couldn't bail them out. We can't expect our goalie to do it every game.
February 8th, 2014 at 6:40 PM ^
3 goals yesterday and then 3 goals in half a period. This from a guy averaging like 1.6 GAA and a 0.94 save percentage
February 8th, 2014 at 6:44 PM ^
Tonight is a lot like last night but we can't score tonight. We had a brain fart last night and let it two real quick, brain fart tonight and we let in 3. Otherwise Penn State hasn't threatened much in either game
February 8th, 2014 at 6:47 PM ^
and still suffering a shutout.
Where's the offense?
February 8th, 2014 at 6:50 PM ^
trying really hard to keep alive the possibility that this will be called a goal despite all evidence pointing to the contrary
February 8th, 2014 at 6:50 PM ^

I still think a single goal gets us right back in it but we can't break through. We've been closer lately but no dice.
I foresee a 4-1 win with an ENG for PSU
February 8th, 2014 at 6:57 PM ^
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OUT HERE?
February 8th, 2014 at 6:57 PM ^
bad team winning late defense right now...
February 8th, 2014 at 6:57 PM ^
So where's the penalty for their goalie hitting our guy after the whistle?
February 8th, 2014 at 7:00 PM ^
I think we'll see them go back to splitting weekends again after this
February 8th, 2014 at 7:00 PM ^
February 8th, 2014 at 7:01 PM ^
Down 3-0 and Michigan still moves the puck like this is the All-Star game.
February 8th, 2014 at 7:02 PM ^
Damn that Skoff guy. He's been solid
February 8th, 2014 at 7:04 PM ^
February 8th, 2014 at 7:04 PM ^
Being shut out by Penn State is about as low as losing to BGSU at home
February 8th, 2014 at 7:06 PM ^
February 8th, 2014 at 7:06 PM ^
What's the difference between losing 3-0 and 4-0? Nada
February 8th, 2014 at 7:06 PM ^
do not go on to win Big Ten Championships....each team will look at this day as major reasons why
