I agree that he is terrible NOW, but before around 2009 he wouldve definitely gone down as a top 10 rapper had he retired around then. Now he is just digging himself a grave with this recent garbage he puts out.

You get an intensity from Harbaugh's face that just isn't there when you look at Lil Wayne - you just think, "Oh, it's Lil Wayne". When you look at Harbaugh, you kind of get the sense that he's trying to read you from go and is going to do whatever it is he is about to do whether you like it or not.
