Mostly interesting because he's another person on staff with southern connections and analysts often move up to coaching duties in the future (not to mention that he's already been a DL coach at UT Martin)

This guy is a DL Coach, and thought Shaun Nua was expected to be fired and hasn't tweeted a damn thing about Michigan since October.

Is he replacing Shaun Nua?

All these southern coaches Michigan just hired, they need to start bringing in a couple of the transfer portal DL and LBs from the SEC and ACC.  Got to *retool* that defense, quick.

I know my analyst-therapist has worked wonders for me!!

Except I still violently scratch inappropriate places at the most inappropriate time, (like my lawyers breasts at my last parole hearing)  and yell like Sam Kinison, "You ruined my life you f'n BITCH" at any women that looks remote close to Bea Arthur.

She hasn't managed to iron out those wrinkles yet.

You can’t blame Harbaugh for going with up-n-coming coaches, especially ones with some recruiting chops. Everyone complained about avoiding a retread coach late in their career. Well .... we got the opposite.  Let see what the kids can do here.

What's the thought process of someone taking a "analyst" role with a school when he was a postion coach at a "lesser" school? Is the pay more? Seems like a demotion in job title though.
