MGoBlog cited and linked in NYTimes story on DB

who weren't aware of MGoBlog are now fully aware and will feel some beveled guilt.

 

 

How this took a national spin! This blog just keeps getting better and hopefully our team can start to follow suit!

Mr. Brandon might not read blogs, but the NYT does!

 

The New York Times? Not exactly a rock of journalistic credibility. (Now there's a throwback.)

I've lurked for years on this blog and only subscribed the day after the Minny game. I watched the beginning of that game..turned it off, went to bed..and the next morning sat with mouth open reading about Shanegate. That was when I felt it was time to speak up with the rest of you. But alas I couldn't post on that first day...but many of you said what I was thinking.

Then the emails...

At this point I just want to say that this Blog has done something that seems massively historic. To be able to play such a pivotal role in such a major story..and to have stuck your necks wayyyy out there to make a point is monumental. All it would have taken is ONE percieved false step along the way and the level of ridicule and scorn would have been extremely damaging to the individual and collective reputation of this Blog (see reaction to WD post FOIA search). 

So thank you and great work...

MGoBlog is like the Facebook of blogs. We all joined in 2005, it putzed around a bit, and now it's a goldmine.

Those misguided comments on the Times article makes me think those people would be better served spending more time reading MGoBlog.
