Meta: Any updates on the recent bug/fix issues? (the squel)
It's now been almost two full weeks since the update so again I'll ask - where do things stand in regards to getting the broken stuff unbroken? Most specifically the inability to access the message board from our phones when logged in (the hamburger doesnt open up) and the ability to reply to specific posts on the message board.
I know I'm not spending nearly the same amount of time here now that I cant use my phone for anything but the front page and can no longer communicate directly with others (yes I know, in the IT world they describe situations like this as features, not bugs). So I wondered if I'm not the only one engaging less since the great breakage and this is what I found.
In the two weeks since the update that busted things there have been 114 unique non-game day threads created. Out of those 114 threads exactly one, the "Great Resignation" thread generated more than 100 responses. Compare that to the five days immediately prior to the update and there were 66 non-gameday threads and 10 had over 100 responses.
So can we pretty please with sugar on top and frosty sprinkles get our reply button and message board access from our phones back? It would sure seem we like those things very much!
Note: The author of this post is aware this is a free site which is why he's asking real nicely for the stuff to get unbusted. He's well-aware the currators owe him and all his fellow minions nothing.
When I am on my phone I just scroll all the way to the bottom of the front page and you can see and click on different message board posts. It's not perfect but better then nothing! Also once I'm on the message board the hamburger button tends to work most of the time.

Fewer responses maybe partly a result of it being harder to argue with each other with no reply button. Maybe that's a good thing....? The level of snark seems to have gone down a bit.
Concur! It's okay to answer by saying you can't figure out the problem. Or you can't afford to fix it right now. Or the next build is schedule some other time, and builds cost money. You know - some (mostly) truthful form of answering, instead of stone cold silence.
I for one welcome the new features. It is letting me spend less time posting on MGoBlog, which I probably needed.

I don't know if I can go much longer without someone policing grammar.
Just looking forward to responding to somebody, really; my needs are minimal. (Can I post an avatar now? Couldn't do that last week. Just tried again, and can't do it in Chrome or Vivaldi. Get an unexpected error message.)

i would imagine that the replies being 'on' for the front page but 'off' on the message board is a bug not a feature. but what do i know? when i went to b-school we were taught how to program in basic.
I can now access the menu on my iPhone so that looks to be resolved for my device. My only problems are A) how long it takes to load front page on my phone and B) no reply button. Otherwise great job!

He's not wrong, I've been on the site way less because of the phone issues.
I think one of the indications of decreased board traffic is that the post on JJ's arm "injury" has been up for well over 90 minutes and has a paltry 24 comments.
