It's from this season of South Park. There are "Member Berries" that make people remember how good it used to be. This are satirizing the Star Wars "new" episode that was essentially a reimagining of the first Star Wars. Also, it's a big allegory for the recent election cycle and Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" as in "Member when America was great?"
