Listen, Reply Guy, I celebrated when the team made good plays and caterwauled when they didn’t. Like 99% of people in that thread. The defense got lit up in the 2nd and 3rd quarters and I pointed out they were getting killed. Then they clamped down in the 4th and I celebrated the turn around. I don’t know why you’re obsessively singling me out, but it’s weird.

And you would also not have to dig far for all the times I praised the team and individual players when they made great plays. Just as I said I did. And those comments aren’t nearly as critical as what other people were posting, but apparently instead of simply being happy about the victory you need to obsess about me.

I brought my son to the Indiana game this year. Some of our UM fans sitting directly in front of us were having toxic verbal explosions and aneurysms in the first quarter.  It’s hard when you love your team and things don’t go the way you expect them to. Our experience was an eye opener for my son, but it was definitely unpleasant to witness.

Really felt like a classic 'keep it all in the garage and not get key players hurt' game plan. Then Hinton goes down and hopefully Wilson is back and ready next week. But I do wonder in the back of my mind if HC/OC and OL duties are too much for Moore. I'm not even a big fan of the HC being the OC too. But I don't see how we can hand off either of those duties, especially next week.

Games like these infuriate me as a fan though, no reason we can't open up the playbook a bit even if we know we can beat a team with vanilla play calling. No need for close calls like this the week before OSU. I no longer scoff at the Alabama philosophy of scheduling FCS teams the week before Auburn.

The defense was great in the 4th quarter but the first three quarters had a lot of busted coverages, sloppy tackling, and mental errors. I assume the intensity will be better next week.

The intentional grounding call was very good by the officials I have to admit.  It was blatant and really not close (although his receiver could've helped make it not so obvious by running and/or diving back to the ball).  But that was a clear "get rid of it to no one with pressure bearing down".  I immediately thought grounding and it didn't seem they were going to rule it properly.  But it wad clear int. grounding.

#3 is a BETTER QB than what's at OSU.  I personally think it was an awesome test and will 100% better prepare us for next week.  We will need to "spy" Harrison (2 guys watching him) next week and if we can keep his catch count down we are good!

Wasn't a fun game but it was a good tough win and we got it done.  Maryland gave us their A game and fought hard the entire game.  We needed a game like this to be honest.

Harrison Jr is gonna get his catches and yards....Even last year he was over 100 yards although it seemed relatively quiet. I think Josh Wallace is a weak link in the secondary, but they've been able to hide it because of our pressure and the fact that we haven't faced many great passing teams. I fully expect OSU to throw at Wallace, hell even Will Johnson was getting beat. We have to be able to pressure McCord the way PSU did, otherwise they will toast our secondary. Also I think OSU having Henderson is going to make it that much tougher on our defense. Michigan needs to play much better overall on defense than they did against Maryland. I don't think Mccord is going to make mistakes like Tua always does, and lets face it Maryland was moving the ball pretty easily for most of the game.

As crappy as they looked at times, the defense crushed Maryland on its last two drives.  Pass rush overwhelmed their line.  Helped that they were backed up.
