Love the Yellow and Blue..
Driving by BEST BUY today, I started thinking about their logo and why it was such a successful design. It occurred to me that maybe the reason I liked the logo was because of the power of the colors yellow and blue.
So I started looking around a bit and came up with this...

I thought it was pretty cool how accurate these definitions were when thinking about our culture and those of our rivals.

When I think of Hawkeye yellow and black, I definitely think of sophisticated, sexy, and creative
Scarlet – Slutty, ADHD, Jittery (Possible Danger: Can be perceived as meth white trash)
Gray – Unwashed, Elephantine, Prison Garb, Dull (Possible Danger: The overuse of gray can be underwhelming and vomit-inducing)
Perfectly describes Michigan State.
I think purple is also very fitting for Northwestern.
