So, it’ll be 9am when they kickoff. Sharkeez on the Hermosa pier used to do $5 pitchers of screwdrivers or bloody marys and a pretty decent breakfast back in 2001 when I lived there. You should hit it up if you like cheap drinks and the smell of stale beer.

I was here for The Game in 2011, and it was a great time. They had a box of OSU clothing they laid out as a foot wipes for when you walked in, needless to say I haven't had cleaner shoes or a clearer throat since that day. However, I think it was actually next-door to sharkeez, which is now a salad place. Better to call but if they do UM tailgate, then I definitely recommend it.

that sharkeez burned down a few years back. the new one doesn't quite have the stale beer/puke smell which is nice. it's still a trash spot though. coincidentally they didn't find any big screen TVs when they went through the aftermath, weird......

Watched an M game at The Parlor, pretty decent and were open early.

Parlor is pretty good. I hung out with Braylon there a few years back.

The M Alumni website has the Parlor on Melrose, and Qs on Wilshire as the watch spots. I believe (but can't be certain) that I watched a number of games in '06 at Qs and there was a great Michigan fan showing, as it was an Alumni Club bar back then too. (It has been several iterations over the years, but none as good as Gotham Hall on the Promenade which, due to the location or the times or both, always had a swelling of Michigan fans even during the slog that was '05.)

Qs on Wilshire in West LA

The Parlor on Melrose is an amazing environment for Michigan games.

Q's is far better. Parlor is a shared game watch bar - there will be a few other schools hosting their game watch at that bar. Q's is 100% Michigan and is a much bigger bar. Personal issue with Parlor is that it's really expensive and Q's is more bar-like pricing.
I'll be at Q's tomorrow.

Agreed. The service at the Parlor sucks too.

I may be slightly superstitious based on W/L records when viewing at both places, but I also really enjoy Q’s. Q’s is much easier to get a table and order food because it’s massive and has so many different viewing areas.

Thanks. The Parlor is pretty close, I’ll try that.

Parlor is fine but they started giving the best seats to penn state fans. Qs is farther away but more Michigan centric.

I'm here in LA too..let's go to Q's. It's nowhere near me in Santa Monica but it sounds like a great time.

I thought of a great place to watch:

Buy it, fly it, Brave it, celebrate it!

Sounds like I’m meeting the crew at Sharkeez....

I dont think Sharkeez is the place anymore. Rock and Brews in Torrance/RB is now the Michigan bar in the South Bay.

Parlor is the closest to you. I enjoyed going there 3 years ago for a game. Get there early.
I have gone to Q's twice and left before gametime each time. The tables are set up in a horrible configuation and only like 10 seats have good views of the screens head-on. Those are always filled before I get there 35 minutes before kick. It's been frustrating.
