Late afternoon game thread

Looked like the thread that fell off the front page was for the early games.

Afternoon games are pretty good.  Clemson in a fight at UNC.  IU demonstrating the blueprint for moving the ball on Sparty.  ND looks like they're letting Georgia get to them for a second week against Virginia.  USC looking for signs of life at UW.

Lots of good ones on right now.

The game is slipping away for Virginia. They had the lead at half. Recovered an onside to start the half, had the ball on ND's side of the field 3 times but got 0 points.

ND's defensive line has taken over.

As secondarily a Heels fan, I strongly disagree. You are outmatched at every position, thus as the game extends your odds of winning go down. Take the binary event play to determine the game.

See Michigan vs OSU with Gardner, which I also agreed with.

Now the play calls on these two point conversions are another story entirely...

I understand trying to use momentum to win in regulation, but UNC had no WR/TE option on that last play.  And now it'll be questioned forever.

Clemson has yet to look like last year's Clemson.  Oklahoma looks better.
