Per Maize n Brew. He had recent interest from MSU and Hawaii but is staying with the good guys.

Kinda funny how people thought that either Taylor or O'Maury Samuels would drop out of this class.  Nobody seemed to mention AJ Dillon, yet he's the guy that bolted.

We heard Dillon's side, about how he felt the compeition might be rough at Michigan and that he felt he was more of a contingency plan for our staff.  Did our coaches try to go after him again or was it more of a mutual parting?

I think during the Najee courtship Dillon was told that if things didn't work for him at RB at Michigan, they really liked his potential at LB.

It is kind of a shame as I think he was the closest to a "sure thing" of the original 3 RB commits. I think Samuels has the highest upside - could be the M version of E. Elliot or never translate to higher competition. Taylor is similar to Dillon imo without the bruising size.

Lack of size doesn't have to be a detriment if you are strong and elusive enough (see Hart, M) and I am very excited we are keeping KT in the fold. He seems like he will be a great representative of UM football regardless of what happens on the field.....I watched one of the televised Grayson games and he seemed like one of the few offensive players who was more concerned about what was happening with his team/teammates while the defense was on the field while the others were mugging for the TV cameras.

Another great thing I like about Taylor is that he's a winner. I understand he transferred to Grayson for his SR season, but being the starting RB and leading your team to a State Title in GA is very impressive! Wish nothing but the best to this kid, don't know how you could root against him.

But this is about what I expected from scouting reports. Doesn't seem to have one strong area, just decent in most. No need to come with the "trust the coaches" bs, this is a place to express opinions. Obviously they know more than I do, but aside from his physique, not really impressive...

Nice!! Was hoping he'd stay.

Got to say, Taylor is as ripped as all get out. I don't know if he'll start one day, but he looks very much the part of a weight room warrior. He looks very much like he could be the thunder to Samuel's lightning.

Commit is a man deal ... decommit after months being committed... or leaning this way ...Classless. It goes both ways but I think Jimmy sees much potential here. Plus the kid kept working and answered the staffs call to be the best. Class kid. Love it...

And rated 0.8472.....Le'Veon Bell was a 3 star and 0.7988. Taylor is going to be good because he will do everything it takes to make himself good.
