Kelvin Grady to the Big House?

Any thoughts on this?
I'm appreciative of Rich Rod's drive to add depth, but there are alot of 5'9, twiggy speedy guys out there, and not every one has to wear the winged helmet....he's being too "gimmicky"
Let's recruit football players who want to and can play football
Obviously if he joins the football team it's because he WANTS to play football and if you watched Kelvin in high school there is no question: he CAN play football.
Adding Kelvin Grady would not be "gimmicky." The only reason Kelvin was not a more highly sought after football recruit was that he declared early on in his HS career that he did not plan on playing college football. IMHO Kelvin was the best running back in the state his senior year. He averaged around 10 yards a carry. I watched him gain 350+ against Fruitport (I think) in the playoffs. I always wished Kelvin had chosen football over basketball in the first place.
Apparently 2000+ yards and 28 TDs in a season doesn't qualify someone as "able to play football" in Raback's world.
I think he'd be a hell of a pick up for RR's offense.
and i j***ed in my pants!
If he wants to play football, and it appears he has ability, and if RR approves--what the heck!
Heck, it may even have a postive impact on his brother.
Will be interested to see if he appears on PTI, wonder if the Vikings have an interest?
I thought this was going to be a bad joke about his brother going to prison. I missed the "L."
I thought for sure that Kelvin had been arrested or something.
lol.. I bet you will hear this a lot then:
"Damn, Grady lost a lot of weight, seems shorter too>"
I thought this was going to be a pun at first
He's found a sport where he won't have to play any defense. That certainly bodes well.
Good luck to him, whatever he does.
