How times chage, when I was a little kid (a long time ago), my parents got me a Michigan hat for Christmas. My Dad worked so hard finding a box big enough to put that hat in so the bill would not get bent at all. The second I opened the box and saw what it was I started curving the bill before even putting it on. My Dad was devasted. I was elated.

if he can just like, ya know, win.

He needs to really excel in another area of the game to make up for his relative pedestrian length.  As of right now, he just doesn't do anything all that exceptional that allows him to really hang with the big guns.  He hits it about as far as Speith, but Speith might be the best putter I have ever seen.  I really like Fowler but I fear he is going to be a relatively short lived flash in the pan at this point.

Good points. He did have a good season in 2015, though. That Players title was nice. He has been bad in the three prior majors this year. Hopefully his good play from yesterday will continue today and get him into the weekend.

am having serious trouble getting into this tournament.  I don't find anything particularly compelling about Baltusrol and The Open Championship was like yesterday.  The Olympics really doing a number on the PGA this year.

I have a hard time getting into the PGA Tournament annually because I am so focused on football coming back.

"He needs to really excel in another area of the game to make up for his relative pedestrian length"

Are we still doing "phrasing"?

Should not say "head coaches hat."

If the possesive form was intended, then there should be an apostrophe.  And it can't be the plural form because there is only one head coach per team.

Either of the two below would be correct:

"head coach hat"

"head coach's hat"
