Doubled the average at 4/13. They played LSU and MSU, two horrible pass offenses. Ours hasn't been great the past two weeks (I think Speight's shoulder is still a little hurt), but Georgia State may be the best passing offense they've faced.

Need MOAR Wisky vs M threads!

BTW need more people contributing to the Wisconsin look a like thread in the Diary section! It's funnier when we have 3 pages of these to laugh at

The fact that the first thing I noticed was the background picture showing Wisconsin's new UA jerseys, but Peppers in the old adidas proves that I have officially been brainwashed by this blog.

Also the last guy saying that Michigan is averaging 45 points a game needs to learn how to do math.

The math does work for Michigan at least. 45 offensive ppg for Michigan and 52 ppg total. He was incorrect with Wisconsin though. Should be 28.5 offensive ppg and 30.8 ppg total for them. He said 24 ppg.

Of the 114 offensive points Wisconsin has scored this season 52 of them were in the Akron game. That's 46% of their offensive production this season in one game. Their offensive ppg is 20.67 in the other three games.

In comparison Michigan's defense has given up 48 points this season with 21 in the Colorado game. That's 43.75% given up in one game. The defense has given up 9 ppg in the other three games.

So is that one game an abberation for either team? We'll see. I feel good about it though.

From what I've witnessed, there are two camps, the analysts who believe the Badger victories over LSU and MSU carry the most weight, and those who still feel UM has more overall athletes and talent across the board. Early in the week, it looked like everyone was leaning Wisconsin. It appears now the majority of "experts" are picking blue. Smart people seem to be recognizing the lack of offense that LSU and MSU are capable of generating this year. Didn't ND hold Sparty in check for the first half of that game(didn't watch one min of that game)?

I listen to him and Childers on Sirus College Sports channel often. Neuheisel isn't that good on TV but on long form radio he shines.  A bit arrogant yes but he's smart, experienced and knows the game.  They are an interesting team.

But he definitely has a hard on for Harbaugh and I don't know why.  He acknowledges Harbargh's credentials and success but something happened between them that causes him to take a negative view.  I think it impacts his evaluation of the team generally and with respect to this game as well.

Georgia State - let's not forget.

It was a couple weeks ago that they put away 0-3 Ga St late to win 23-17.  Michigan beats teams like a great team beats teams.  We know what it is like to beat a lowly team by a few points (Akron, Uconn, etc.).  We won those games barely because we were just not that good. Not the same this year.  We win and Hornibrook will be punished.

Wisconsin is holding their hats on 2 top 10 wins.... Neither of those teams will be ranked in the top 25 by end of year, both teams were vastly overrated and I'm tired of heard about it.

Michigan by at least 17 in this one

I wonder what the pundits excuse will be for Michigan after they beat the snot out of Wisconsin. They'll probably say that LSU, and Michigan State were way overrated.. And that a Michigan win over Wisconsin didn't mean much.
