This is the thread for hot takes about the special teams play and for overall coaching complaints (if any).

I like our return game. Yeah it can be fielded better but the returns are electric. I expect they are going to break something open this year. Hope it happens against OSU

Harbaugh is a gift for us. Moore's play calls are awesome. Hart has done a tremendous job. Hall runs hard with patience. We have great coaches.

Special teams played excellent. Morris is a rising star. Perfect in kick-off and punts. The coverage in  those few punts was excellent. All of this on poor weather conditions where errors could have been made.

Coaching: A little flat footed during the 1st quarter then they woke up. Jesse Minter's guys adjusted and adapted for the last 45 minutes.

Don’t recall any mistakes. Had some good returns and put most of the kicks into the end zone.

How can anyone find fault with the coaching. This is a very well coached team.

Best coaching staff in the country, top to bottom, no doubt. This staff has the team focused and sharp every week. After Indiana surprised Michigan with the initial score, the team regained control quickly, when other teams might struggle for a half or most of the game. This team is mentally strong.

Indiana seemed to surprise Minter in the first quarter, but once he downloads what's happening, it's done. On offense, I can understand the 42-22 run/pass split due to the weather (and the game situation) but I'm hopeful we will get back to balance against PSU/MD/OSU and beyond.

Special teams really helped us today. The excellent return by Morris -- who should be the full-time PR -- and the shanked punt by IU both made a difference as I recall.

All good going forward, and I'm hopeful we can keep this staff intact for next year.

I absolutely second Harbaugh saying “fuuuuuuck” when JJ did that spin move and got slammed down on his right shoulder. Please don’t spin in the middle of the field just go down and minimize hits.

Arrived home from The Big House & post-game tailgate in the last half hour so just saw this comment.  One thing we all were discussing over a beer and a burger:  what exactly was that unsportsmanlike penalty flag all about?  It was in our end but nobody noticed anything involving AJ Barber that warranted a penalty.

Barner pushed off a guy's arm (who he was tangled with) forcefully at the end of the play.  Whether the IU player stumbled backward over a prone body accidentally or just plain flopped, he went down backwards and the flags flew.  Probably looked much worse than it was from the right/wrong angle.

Best coaching staff and probably not close. Player development, in-game adjustments, team chemistry, roster depth, mistake-free, great in all phases. As the song goes,, These are the good old days.

Can Ono please step in and provide a contract to keep Harbaugh here for the rest of his coaching career. Enough with this contract limbo. The guy has absolutely earned that.

Can’t believe we wasted 20 seconds before calling a timeout, this didn’t hurt us in this game but we need to do better in tight games with clock management
