Please let Boston College smite Miami (the one in Ohio) 6-0 You and I both know they don't deserve to be there. YOU can rectify this injustice and help out your Jesuit brothers. Amen.

This team played their asses off and got robbed, how the fucking officials can fuck a team like they did tonight is beyond me. On the plus side we here in the MGoCOmmunity should be proud, we not only broke the record for the Longest thread ever, but we destroyed that shit.

That hurt. On a side note, though, I was amazed to see a balding Brent Brekke standing at the side of Enrico Fermi on the Miasma of Ohi-ya bench. He was one of the few real prospects at Western when I was there, and his girlfriend--a tasty little brunette named Jenny, I think [freshman and sophomore years are fuzzy for me]--lived in my dorm. She liked to wear his jerseys as nightgowns.

No use blaming Miami, all they did was play as hard as they could. They had nothing to do with idiots in striped shirts and their bullshit calls. The three clowns names are posted, and I hope every time one of them referees another game some Michigan fan will show up and point out that they are douchebags!

And because of this curse the least favorable outcome in any sporting event for a Michigan fan will, in fact, be the eventual outcome. It is for this reason that I'm betting my life savings on MSU winning the NCAA bball national championship.

If that were the case, we wouldn't have swept LSSU, MSU and the CCHA tourney. Hunwick played too well over the entire stretch to say we we ever witnessed the "worst favorable outcome". Last night, we just got screwed by poor refereeing.

On a penalty call, doesnt the whistle automatically blow when the offending team touches the puck? I am just wondering? Its been years since I last played hockey and I dont know if the first touch rule applies the goalie happening to touch the puck w/o possession Somebody mentioned this angle I began to feel less violated. Not much less. But a little EDIT: THERE IS A NEW THREAD THAT ADDRESSES THIS AT THE TOP OF THE FORUM. THANKS FOR THE CLARIFICATION
