How to watch Saturday's game
I live outside chicago and according to big ten network's site im getting the Northwestern Game at noon instead of Mich vs MSU buuuut according to Comcast, my cable provider, I am getting the Michigan game.
Any idea who the hell is right?
Oh, and Comcast reroutes me to fancast for tv scheduling? Can I watch it online if i dont get it on tv?
Any help?
Thanks.

Doesn't comcast offer the overflow channels as part of its regular package, or are those something separate? I'd trust the Comcast people as they route the games to the right channel.

That is correct, the Big Ten Network has alternate channels for the overflow games.

The better question is why is it on BTN in the first place.

That is what I typically do, although last week's feed was terrible, simply unwatchable. Mid-way through the first quarter I realized it was on ESPN 360. I live in AA and it was not blacked out, which was surprising. I think btn means no espn, but it is something to keep in mind for future games.

I'm in NYC. A few weeks ago, the Big Ten Network site told me I was getting Penn State-Temple. The cable guide said Michigan-Eastern. I got Penn State.
I would go with the website.
Edit: I watched the game on justin.tv. Worked fine.

If you have Digital Cable through comcast check channels 692-695. On the guide they are labeled as XTRA1-XTRA4. I went to Saturday on my guide and it shows Big Ten games on the guide. I live in Ann Arbor so the exact channel number might not be the same but check it out. Hope this helps.

Another knee jerk reply:
While drinking beer and screaming at the TV.

I'll be at a wedding in Branson, Missouri. Is justin.tv my best bet? Never been out of state when a Michigan game is on.

justin.tv & MGoBlog liveblog splitscreen on wireless laptop on the back patio with a full cooler is a very viable option when you don't get BTN. Liveblog tells u what happened, then u see it on justin.tv 5 sec delay.
