I do believe it is pronounced so.

While I have never seen the kid, I envision him with a Burt Reynolds mustache and always wearing fine silk robes (in public, at parties, while lounging in his apartment, etc.). Oh, and he definitely owns a hot tub. And you will find a prescription for Valtrex in his medicine cabinet.

What?!  I'm on board with your "at worst" here, but I take issue with your best-case scenario.

He's got a very good arm, he's very tough to bring down...watching his highlights reminded me of Big Ben's college days.  So I'd say his best-case is a starting QB for an undefeated Michigan football team.

It's tempting to label kids' potential based on what we know before they even arrive on campus.  But, especially at a position where athletic ability doesn't necessarily translate to success, it's unfair to put a ceiling on Orji's potential.

Vince Young was bigger, faster, completed 60% of his passes as a senior, and averaged 3,000 yards passing a year in HS.

Vince Young was Parade's and Student Sports' National Player of the Year, Texas 5A Offensive Player of the Year, The Sporting News's top high school prospect, and won the  Pete Dawkins Trophy in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Dual sport star, was very productive against good comp (I think).

His throwing mechanics look good but he doesn't look super accurate in the E11 film. Footwork doesn't look great to me but that is something that can be improved. I don't know, I think he's project QB that could be good.

Found this from E11 that included the top QB recruits:

"* Virginia Tech commitment Alex Orji was the most physically impressive prospect in attendance and he backed it up with the highest testing mark throughout all classes, a 98.79, at 6'2" 226 pounds. It included strong times in the 40-yard dash relative to his size and not to mention a 37.7-inch vertical leap. Orji has a strong arm and left the event sporting the ACC program's colors, reaffirming his stance as a quarterback first despite the build and athleticism to play multiple positions."
