Two things everyone is missing
1. You can't have any Michigan trademarks in the banner (Brian received an MGoCeastAndDesist a while back, as us old timeys will remember).
2. You can't have a player's likeness - again with the MGoCeastAndDesist.
The current picture is cropped perfectly so that there's no logo (well, the block m on the football, but nobody's wasting time with that) and you can't easily tell what player that is.
