I'm excited to watch him at the next level. When I saw him competing with Charbonnet for carries I'll admit I was a little skeptical why a former LB on the team was getting so many reps at RB when we had a stud RB in the making in Charbonnet. Needless to say he made a believer out of me this year. 3rd team All-American is a big honor. I wish him nothing but the best.

I'm rushing through some things this morning and so at first all I saw was "Ha..... to NFL" and I about shit.

So far, other than Hinton, no departure entirely out of leftfield. Sucks, but part of the game. Happy for them at least! Get paid!

I remember when we signed him it was reported that Michigan viewed him as a 5 Star and intentionally didn't offer right away to avoid tipping other schools off. It didn't take long to prove the staff right. One of my all time favorites and a legend for his OSU game.

NFL = New Fools to Leap.

Years and years from now, whenever I'm in the Big House, I will still remember being there in the snow at the start of that drive after Ohio cut the lead to 35-27 thinking - we MUST run the ball down their throats and put a nail in their coffin. And how we failed to run the ball with a lead at Ohio in 2016 when a few 1st downs would have done it. This time we (he actually) did it in style!

The long run and hurdle were among the greatest moments I've ever experienced there - and I was there for Wangler to Carter (1979), Harbaugh to Kolesar (1985), Gillette's FG vs Iowa (1986), Desmond PR (1991), Woodson PR (1997), etc.

So who are we still waiting on?

Ryan Hayes, maybe 60-40 staying?

Mazi Smith 85-15 staying?

Vincent Gray 60-40 staying?

That sound about right?

Has Jeter said he's returning?

Absolutely knew this was happening but still somehow makes me sad to see it officially official. He became one of my all time favorite players. Will never forget what he did you osu (and others) this season.

Out of everyone declaring for the draft, I'm most happy for Haskins. 3* kid who just wouldn't quit and let his play do the talking. The hurdle against OSU should go down as an iconic UM picture moment in the same vein as Woodson's INT leap vs MSU and Howard's end zone catch vs ND.

Damn, I loved this year's team.

Dude what? The lions finally have a legitimately good-looking coach and front office now and you say this? Yeah, Patricia and Quinn were an abomination, but Holmes and Campbell seem to have their shit together. Definitely not that bad. I can name multiple teams off the top of my head that are objectively worse

I'm actually cautiously hopeful too, but we still have the Ford family ownership as a handicap to deal with.

I like that the players respond well to Campbell, but in the off-season he needs to take a remedial course in in-game strategy, especially two-minute drill type stuff.

Holmes looks like an improvement so far, but the proof will be in the extra draft picks he's accumulated and what he does with them in what amounts to a nearly total rebuild.
