Harris will not go to OSU.... He is strong lean to UK and Bama, with a little more toward UK. He's been on several UK visits, mostly games, and all of his family is in the Lexington area. OSU is a long shot at this point and UM is completely off his radar...even if Marrow leaves.

I have zero inside info but that ship completely sailed with Borges & losing. I know, it's incredible that losing Borges could cost you a recruit when he didn't even recruit but regardless of later hires, fires & hires it was over when Borges was gone. Like when the analysts in Zero Dark Thirty ask if there is hope of seeing a pic of Bin Laden at the compound - hope? None, forget about that right now. Not gonna happen. Nothing is bringing him back in the UM fold.

Malone was Michigan's OL coach during the late '90s when we had those great lines, then took over as OC in 2002 and did well for several seasons. He dad a crummy 2005, and was fired--but went to New Orleans and has evidently done well there if Jimmy Graham's production is any indication. I too am suspicious of Lloyd Carr retreads but Malone would be a great plan B or C option if Marrow turns the job down.

The article I read states that he was at U of M for 9 years. Did Terry Malone coach tight ends under Lloyd carr>  I willl have to check wikipedia to refresh my memoory of how successful he was while at Michigan.  I still believe that Jim Harbaugh is putting together a top notch staff. It will be interesting to see how we match up against MSU and Ohio State in the fall.

Staff at U of M.  IF Marrow decides to stay with Stoops in KY to coach the Wildcats, do any or you know who Harbaugh might tap, as a second choice for WR coach??

My first thought is that if Marrow is indeed close buds with Stoops in KY then no amount of money and coaxing from Harbaugh (or any other school) would be able to pry him away from KY.  I can only hope that Marrow decides to join Jim and Co. in A2.

Everything appears to be happening how we want it. I wanted coach Harbaugh as much as any. However I have been around long enough to realize that once all of the eggs are in one basket, it's either a home run or a complete strikeout. I am still on the home run side of things, yet I still have reservations from the previous 7 years. Good night to all, and thanks.
