Get up lazy people - it's gameday!

So, I had hopes of being lazy this morning and sleeping in.  Unfortunately, I live in Toledo near the U Toledo campus and today happens to be their homecoming (they have EMU at noon, which could actually be a great game this year).  Was awakened around 6am by their band warming up for the 8am homecoming parade (not bad by any means, but not to the level of the MMB).  So, now I suppose I should do something productive - or just hang around MGoBlog for a few hours before the noon games.

Go Blue!  Beat State!  Make Mikey scowl some more!

When our older daughter was about 2 months she got her days and nights mixed around. Wife and I were getting no sleep. We were wiped out, sitting in a restaurant and this sweet lady comes up telling us how precious kids were and that they were a gift from God. I said, "lady, go back to your table." She turned around we started laughing. It was the turning point when we knew we were going to survive. I'd like to meet her and thank her.

First order of business is coffee, folks. 

Some of us watched at least most of BYU-Boise State, after all. 

Granted, some of us will be in Ann Arbor later, but right now, the news and coffee is my entire world....also, the cats trying to threaten me into feeding them breakfast and the dog trying to dig a new hole out back as we speak.

Live in northern Michigan. Never been awakened by a band warming up. Been awakened by my dogs barking at coyotes making racket. They sleep in their crates right in front of me and them cutting loose at four in the morning will get your heart beating.

Is going to suck waiting for the game all day. Are there any other good games today?. How do you guys think this game will go?. I have Michigan 24-10.

I was up at 4:30. Can't sleep. I am already nervous. Have to wait 12 more hours. Beat the shit out of Spartans. Go Blue! I want this to be over in first quarter.

Sort of up but hungover following a good night in AA. Looking forward to tailgating on the golf course, then ripping Sparty a new one during what could be a wet and windy game tonight.
