Gold star for Anthem. Couldnt have put it better myself. Yes the writing on GBMW could use some help, but the constant attacks are just completely worthless, we get it...you dont approve, please move on. Cant you jackasses just enjoy that someone is taking their time to try to create some half decent content in the middle of June? If you personally find the content useless, then dont read it. I am getting completely tired of looking up a post to find some information on UM football only to have various members of the WLA whining like six year olds in every third comment.

First, jg2112 is a frequent poster and not a WLA "jackass", he's a normal jackass (said with non-homo love). Second, the WLA is not the Soviet empire (although they likely have that aspiration) they are a collection of guys--you talk like they have a quick IM meeting after every thread starts in order to develop a position paper. They don't "decide" anything --they make comments on threads, and voice their opinion just like you and anyone else here does. Third, the GBMW thing is mostly just humor, the writing style is "gold" to make fun of. Just like every joke however, at some point it gets played, and IMO jg's latest is getting there. But so what. You and Anthem commented, others fired back, and a debate was born--that's good TV in my book. Stop seeing boogeymen around the corner.

read this stuff also. The fact that he referred to Denard as a QB for blacks is way out of bounds IMHO. As far as the red state comment maybe I shouldn't have made that, but if you take a look at the 2004 voting map it is almost identical to the map for slave states/territories vs free states/ territories. Old ways die hard and racism is still rampant. The kid is a Michigan Wolverine and it doesn't matter what color he is.

i like coming to mgoblog, and think there are a lot of interesting discussions on m football and athletics that go on here. i thought that was the point of this site. so that we are not relegated to read whatever the freep or detnews reporter decided to crap out that week. but, every day it is another "GBMW is retarded" post - it's pointless. we get it - you don't like that site. why post on another site to point out how much you don't like GBMW?
everyone is entitled to their opinion - i just don't understand the hate and vitriol directed at some michigan fans who are probably really nice people. all they are doing is passing along their info and analysis on their own site. they aren't forcing you to read it here. so why post about it here?

I read GBMW all the time and never paid much attention to the grammer in their blog. Since it has been pointed out how bad the grammar is and such as, in some demented way, I enjoy the GBMW more! hooray for me!
