But unless he's already been hand-picked for this job (and, let's be honest, if he had, he would've let us know 5 seconds after the offer), he's not getting it. I am 100% positive this gig (and the other one) are only posted for EOO reasons.

You sure about that? You seem very sure.

I'm just wondering if a delgator is a spanish alligator or some sort of dancer.
I'd like to include that this position may require the ability to delegate.

Need to find a 20 year old Jonathon Faulk and he'll do it for the next 50 years.

"Analytics Coordinator" and "Football Operations" postitions are essentially non-field coaching positions. I guessing major college programs and all NFL teams have similar positions. They would be good landing spots for talented young coaches and late-career types.

In her article on Dallas hiring Greg Jackson, Angelique Chengelis says a source told her that Berlin had been hired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Isn't it funny?
"Retirements" by Bruce Madej and Jon Falk were both mysteriously short.
While Bruce is no longer SID in title, he's up there in the radio booth spotting the radio guys. I saw it first hand.
And Jon Falk has been on the sidelines quite a few times this year after mysteriously not being there in 2014.

If I heard about this job at that age, I'd be like "What? Working with real live Michigan football helmets! And helping real Michigan football players! Holy Crap Mister! That's my dream job!"
The reality of modern logistics alongside grueling schedules and often thankless, arduous work never quite registers with you at 8.
