UCLA-Cal in the final minutes.  Also UF-FSU.

Both Florida and FSU are just loaded with athletes.  FSU looks like their program is moving in right direction.  If they quit blowing coverages, it seems they are the better team.

Our rooting interest is Florida.

The CFP Selection Committee has indicated that they give extra weight to a conference championship How much is not clear.  But it might be enough to vault a 1-loss ACC champion over a 1-loss Michigan/OSU team that did not even win its division.

Clemson just lost a potential "good win", as UNC lost today and will not be ranked in the top 20.  Clemson's only good win this year is FSU.  If FSU wins tonight, they will rise up to at least a top 15 team.

However if Florida wins, then there is no chance that Clemson will have a single top 20 win.  Even a conference championship would not be enough to overcome that.

Serious question: what the actual fuck is Florida doing? They're in fg range, they need to run the clock down to nothing, kick a fg. They throw the ball, then call a time out after 2nd down, then throw for it again, leaving 42 seconds on the clock.

The Arizona / Arizona State game was earlier, and Arizona won.

There was much hootin' and hollerin' in my neighborhood here in Tucson. :-)

Given the rocky, crazy seasons for Florida’s “big three” schools, it would be hilarious if a bad Florida team knocked off a now surging FSU. Hey, Florida’s QB did the Harbaugh ‘85 special before this game: predicted the W!
