THere was a lot of talk out of cbus about this offensive line being massively improved, but I don't know about that so far.  ohio D also still having problems playing in space and wrapping people up.

Still a damn good team, but man.... not a polished product by any means.  Certainly a couple vulnerable spots if we can put it together.

The Munchie Legaux showcase should make the second half interesting if the Cincinnati running game keeps gaining steam. The Bearcats have outgained the Boilermakers with 175 yards to their 88 yards, but 137 of those 175 yards belong to Legaux.

So, Purdue's defense probably needed to be off the field, and so they find a way to achieve that - terrible pass coverage and  - a few plays later - giving Cincinnati a nice crease through which they could punch the ball into the end zone. 21-7 Cincinnati, and Purdue's defense is now off the field for now.

Well, the Rob Henry Experiment is going splindedly here....Adrian Witty intercepts a nice, inoffensive pass from Henry on what looked like an in route and returns it for a TD. 28-7 Cincinnati after the kick.

Being the first game of the year, its hard to tell if Buffalo is game or if OSU has more questions than we thought.   I know OSU is missing a few players and have a few injuries this game, but yikes I know the Bucknuts can feel good about Buffalo driving the ball of them.

And in regards to Mack, he definitely looks the part of a future NFLer but I'm not impressed with OSU's line either.  They have not dominated the line of scrimmage and allowed more pressure than I would expect.

TD Buffalo - this is at the very best a luke warm debut of the #2 team in America.  They'll still win this game, but I can't see them feeling very good about it.

Backup refs at the Cinci Purdue game.  Purdue intercepts and the Cinci guy gets 1 hand in and gets credit for a touchdown.  Under review

Oh, wow. Another Purdue turnover gives the Bearcats the ball in Purdue territory. Imagine that, and it was going so well up until this point for Purdue.

Cincinnati now has 1st and goal inside the Purdue 9 yard line...until the delay of game call there.

In Purdue game... I wish they would fix this rule.  If a defender has two hands on the ball, tight to his body, the receiver getting one hand on the ball should not be awarded a catch.  It's one thing when both guys have even possession, two hands on the ball, whatever... but that should have been an INT

I blame this on OSU and their inconsistent coaching: they tell their DBs to not use their arms, what the hell is Decker supposed to do!?
