Dear Lord, the copy editing in this article is horrendous, but a good fit for Sparty's reading level. Though, I doubt any Sparties would be able to stomach reading about this "scandolous" "depositino".

Frankly I'm surprised by this from what seemed like an entirely above-board and high-integrity program under Mark Dantonio. I mean when you overlook the PEDs, criminal activity, racism, rape, and everything.

Sadly, Mork DiGiorno doesn’t care.

Retired with millions in the bank leaving scorched earth (and likely some scholarship reductions/bowl bans) in his wake.

Weird that someone so pious would forget the commandment that “thou shall not bear false witness.”  Especially someone who “has God’s favor.”

Pride...you know the rest.

Can any mgo attorneys share with us why State didn't settle this for $1M or 2M and a non-disclosure many months ago? Isn't that insignificant chump change to a university that pays out golden parachutes to all their backwater admins, $35M to a nobody coach, $4.3M bonus to Mark, plus a $500M bond for Nassar settlements?

Not a lawyer but my assumption would be either (a) Dantonio told them Blackwell was lying and they believed him blindly because of course or (b) see every other backwards, petulant, circle-the-wagons decision they've made lately when faced with the consequences of their inactions/actions. Or both.
