It's 60 and cloudy here in San Diego the past two days so it won't be as drastic a shift as one might think.
Eh, it's been high 60's and gloomy in SoCal the last few days, so it's not like he's leaving paradise right now and landing in 50 degree weather. Considering most Californians I meet think that Michigan is covered in a thick layer of snow 11 months out of the year, he might be pleasantly surprised.
It really is Juneuary in California right now.
When Tom interviewed him he said "I've spent a lot of time in Canada so I know what cold weather is all about. The weather doesn't affect me at all; I prefer it actually."

I believe that "Go Blue or Die" is a spin on the well know New Hampshire State motto of "Live Free or Die"
It appears on their licence plates or did. I have also seen a number of tattoos that say "Live Free or Die"
