Living here in Ohio, your most accurate weather forecast is going to be from weather.com three days out. Anything further out than that is most likely going to be wrong.

The most ideal situation is for the weather to be nice and sunny so when Michigan takes OSU behind the Barn and slaughters them, the excuse of weather won't be a factor for the mentally ill OSU fans out there.

Hopefully the players aren't as overconfident as the board.

I believe M can and should win but it's nothing close to a forgone conclusion, regardless of the weather.

The current GFS model shows an unseasonably warm storm coming up from the south which would generate rain and 70 for the game. It looks like a good deal of rain. This is followed by a strong cold front and 20’s the day after the game.

Of course this is 13 days out. So the storm and front could move a few days either direction, or not happen at all. Really need to wait until next Sunday for a more reliable forecast.

I am in Metro Detroit, but I tend to run with the NWS site and the detailed discussion, which usually gives you the next 72-96 hours at best. The main forecast is usually a 7-day interval. Not that any of it really matters in November in the Great Lakes, as it was 75 here on Tuesday and it is snowing at the moment.

Long term forecasts are just a summary of averages for that part of the month. Anything past a 72-hour window means nothing in most cases. Long term models have improved greatly over the last decade, but there's still a good reason the four or so "main" forecast models are often not even in agreement. Anyways, there's a drive into deep left field by Castellanos, it will be a home run. And so that'll make it a 4–0 ballgame.

Challenge: Track that forecast each day until it becomes the next day forecast. You'll be amazed on how much it could or will change day on day. Especially this time of year. You'll see 13 different forecast between now and then.

I hope it's 70 and sunny. No excuses.

Praying for bad weather feels a lot like the posters who spend time obsessing alternate ways to back our way into the CFP.

Just fucking beat them. In their own house.

I could give two shits about the weather, that’s an OSU excuse while they pass for nearly 400 yds. I care if Knowles can actually come up with a plan that neutralizes Corum and JJ actually has to win the game. I also have my doubts that our receivers if can get open to give JJ a chance. Use 4 TE if we have to, dink and dunk, whatever works. If they stack the box use quick hits and jet sweeps. Gattis had a great gameplan last year and I hope we can come up with something similar.
