Just checking in, looks like MAd Hatter is still a tool who upvotes all of his own posts. And yes, I openly neg you, because you openly made a whole thread about how I was going to single handidly destroy the michigan football program. Other than that, just correcting Seth on front page material, keepin it fresh...ya know! Keep it trill

continue to take such public slighting personally....on an internet blog....I'm sure that your responses and otherwise notable behavior will be received well.

 And this is for you....

I really dislike anyone that hates cats.

Its odd, but I've found it to be a foolproof predictor of a person's liklihood of being someone I'd rather avoid completely.

It essentially never fails.

I like both dogs and cats and cannot fathom hating either.

The fact that its somehow accepted that a person can essentially infer that cats should die or be eaten is tolerated, but god help you if you do the same about dogs.

I don't own a cat but don't hate them either.  When they spray your front door and poop in your yard it gets frustrating when you don't even own a cat.  The real issue, as I see it, is that people let them run around crapping in my lawn.  GET OFF MY LAWN cats.

Going to guess that you're biasing your sample due to your cat crush.  And that seems a pretty silly thing to do: finding reasons to dislike someone because they happen to dislike a certain type of animal.

I was wondering if I pissed in your cheerios or something.

And for the record, I typically only post during the morning/afternoon.  Rarely at night or on the weekends.  My work schedule is odd and my company affords me the flexibility to work, or not, pretty much during the hours of my choosing.

So when you're asleep @ 3am it's entirely possible that I'm using our VPN to work from home.

Upvote for you to counteract your friend. Well at least you know who your neg - meister is. I have seen on a couple of nights someone (aassuming it is one person) goes in and in the span of 3-4 minutes they down vote all my recent posts. Even on posbang posts and even when congratulating med students or the softball team.

He is doing a fine job at Center and LTT has performed very well at Left Tackle. Kugler and Bars have struggled with clean snaps at Center and have been lacking in size and physicality.

If you believe that practice report from a few days ago (which there is no reason not to) Cole also struggled with snapping.

I get Cole struggling with it - he is new to the position.  I am boggled that Kugler - a guy brought up by an NFL OL dad, and who has been a center for years - is struggling with snapping.

I would still like to see Glasgow return and be the center and have Cole (if he is going to be an interior guy) be a guard - this assumes LTT is ready to take over for LT.

Do we know who is going to be doing the drafting? Are they dividing the coaching staff in two groups? I assume JH is staying neutral through the process.

That's what I remember from watching videos of the spring game drafts he did as Stanford -- Harbaugh acted as the master of ceremonies, if you will, announcing the choices, but the rest of the coaching staff was split up into two separate rooms and actually drafted the teams.

Another interesting tidbit, re: just how good Andrew Luck was/is -- in one of the videos, one team (probably as a result of a coin flip) got Luck as the first pick, and Harbaugh gave the non-Luck side the next THREE picks to compensate.

Here's the one from 2010: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ivcSnXiPTA

It just seems odd considering how highly he was rated and that he's been in the program longer than Cole has. I remember reading a scouting report from either Rivals or Scout that said he was a real technician. With his dad being an NFL coach, this really makes me scratch my head.

Bad habits maybe? Perhaps he was set in a certain way of doing something and the coaches are trying to change it. Might be as simple as struggling to adjust to a different technique. That's just a guess. I know nothing about the finer points of getting the ball from the ground into the QB's hands and everything that happens after.

I doubt his dad had coached him much in the last couple years, though. Who knows. He might simply not be as good as the others. Regardless, it's a somewhat perplexing turn of events. Obviously not every highly ranked player pans out though.

Many observers have pointed out his lack of consistency. That and the problem with clean snaps are really hindering him right now. You have to remember, he has been behind Miller, Glasgow, and some think Bars was slightly ahead of him. He will need to continue to develop. He may get there yet, who knows.

I can understand Kugler being behind a more experienced/lower rated player like Miller. I think experience trumps stars. The puzzling part is that Glasgow was barely rated and had to learn the position last year. Bars is older, but has also had to learn the position.  Bars has struggled to crack the 2 deep anywhere on the line.
