Charles Woodson Wine Tasting

Submitted by GoBlueNorth on
My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Charles Woodson tonight at Plum Market in AA. We picked up a couple of bottles of his wine (autographed and personalized) and got a football and a Jersey signed. As far as my wife is concerned it was the best anniversary gift (celebrating our 6th). I guess what I'm really here to say is that Woodson was a gentleman and an awesome host. If you get the chance to do one of these, take it. He's at Plum in West Bloomfield tomorrow night. Tomorrow night is free so access might be a little harder. Here is the link to the MLive article from tonight's event. We're the couple from Canada getting the Michigan Jersey signed. http://www.mlive.com/business/ann-arbor/index.ssf/2016/05/charles_woods…

A couple of years ago my dad and I got invited to watch a game in the Provost's suite. The Provost's daughter was there with her boyfriend. I was thinking there is no way he is breaking up with her unless the Provost loses her job.

I mean, you basically got her Charles Woodson for your anniversary. That's nke a thing: 6th anniversary is the Charles Woodson anniversary.

Last October in NAPA but he was playing football for the Raiders! I hope he will do one of his wine dinners in Kanas City!

His next blend should be a heisman moscato. Everything Charles does is successful. I'm pretty sure Charles Woodson could eliminate the 18,000,000,000,000 debt in half of a presidential term.

Stupid question here....
Is Charles really into wine and wine tasting or is he a representative/owner of a major wine distributor? Gimme' the cliffs notes bloggers....

Even last night he just seemed so down to earth. After he signed a football for us, I joked and asked him.if I threw the ball to my wife and he picked it off, would that count as another pick for him. He did it. Just a nice guy.
