I had to google him. He is young and has a great record in the Mountain West. (It’s better than Hoke’s .500 MAC record, so there’s that.). He makes 1.75 M a year so we could probably cover that and some change - even in the COVID-era. I don’t know about recruiting ties in the mid-west or if he could pull kids to Michigan. That said - I wouldn’t be mad if I heard they were considering him

Just find someone who is ultra competitive. That was JH for 2 years and then he turned into milquetoast. Now the team reflects his complacent personae.
Who is willing to grind every waking hour and create high energy for $6-8m per year? Urban has more edge as an analyst than JH has as a coach at this point.

As a Boise fan, he's known to be very difficult to work with. That said, he has continued a culture of success in a hard place to win.
