CB Tony Butler Decommits from Pitt, UM a Fav
Looks like he just decommitted from Narduzzi. (Narduzzi can't recruit jokes go here).

Have seen a few places OSU is his "dream offer" but not sure he will get one. UM has been the rumored landing spot per the crystal balls for a long while.
He only has 1 visit set up before his senior yr. To UM.
Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward cornerback Tony Butler told 247Sports on Friday afternoon that he was decommitting from Pittsburgh. "Starting from scratch," Butler added.
The only thing Butler has scheduled moving forward is a return visit to Michigan on July 15. "That'll be my last visit before the start of the season."
Butler would be UM's sole recruit from Ohio in this year's class.
Trieu has a pretty in depth piece on Butler here from April if interested.
Your avatar is the perfect compliment to your comment, I couldn't help but laugh.
His avatar is the perfect compliment to everything.
#Fab28 (backdate 3 early entries)
I wouldnt worry about it- the current group of 21 probably has a greater than 0% chance of all not being here in Feb 2016.
Only the staff knows. Did you not read the Hello post today (and multiple posts before) that stated that we're probably heading toward a 28 man class? Not to mention the Fab25 hashtag that has been used on twitter for months now.
Exactly - at least a couple of our current commits won't be commits come February, some of whom we know about and some we don't. I bet we add 7 commits and lose 3 to end up at 25 on the nose.
I expect we'll be leaving a couple places open for guys that decide at the end. If they push us past 25 it's going to be a very strong finish.
Durkin offered a few mo ago...
Minnesota was 18th nationally in pass defense last year, and Dienhart has the Gophers' secondary ranked as #1 in the Big 10 West this coming year. The Gophers have had a DB drafted in both of the last two drafts, and ESPN ranks Eric Murray as the #2 senior CB in the country this coming year. I'd put the over/under at 2.5 DB's drafted from Minnesota this coming year, and over wouldn't be a shock.
Of the areas that Gopher fans feel really good about their coaches' ability to evaluate and develop talent, DB is at the top of the list.
anyone for whom OSU is the "dream offer"... grumble, grumble

Come on, the kid is from Ohio and they just won a national championship. It might be more of a red flag if it wasn't.
Maybe it's just for the free tats.
Yeah I'm betting if he commits to Michigan that Urban offers him immediately just to piss off Harbaugh.
If OSU is his dream offer and he doesn't get it, imagine how hard he will play in The Game.
Scout ran a (free) article yesterday that quotes him saying, "Arizona State is my number one school right now."
He also says he wants to take five official visits, with ASU, Michigan, Maryland, Minnesota, and Rutgers mentioned.
Thanks - nice catch. Will be interesting to see if any crystall ballz head to ASU. UM will have a chance to make their case in 2 weeks.
His quote about making a name for himself in the Pac 12 due to the nature of the passing offenses is accurate - Pac 12 passing offenses put Big 10 ones to shame so if you want to be a CB constantly tested I agree with that logic. That's just a long way to go for a Midwest kid - just like its not easy to get those kids out of CA to Midwest schools.
I have no idea why an ohio kid would want to go so far from home to Tempe, makes no sense....

That would be a nice pull for the Bobcats.
They haven't offered him either.

Dantonio came up as a DB coach. Narduzzi coached LBs. i would guess Dantonio works more with the dbs at msu than Narduzzi will at Pitt.
I think he's a good coach but get annoyed when people post every 2 weeks about how people on here don't give Dantonio any love. It's because he constantly disrespects Michigan.
but with MSU's recent success . . . they now CAN get personnel like they had at Ohio State.
Just curious?

reese ironically says he wants to EE @ UM.
This assumes he ends up here.
I am sure in a class of 25+ we'd find 3. We usually get 3-4 in 20ish sized classes.
