I am in NW Ohio as well, around the Lima area and received mine toward the end of last week.

...but I didn't order any.
I'll keep my eye out in case I get lucky.

I would certainly call at this point. Seems like most of the bell curve received theirs. I'd call Monday if they don't arrive today.

They said they would not do anthing about replacing the tickets before the 28th.

But also know that the tickets started mailing out at that time, but they don't all go out at once. The order in which they're mailed is determined by the printer/distribution center, which is in Arkansas.

I haven't received mine. There was an issue with printing some of the tickets per the wife who used to work in the AD. The season ticket packets are printed at a company in Arkansas so it takes some time to get replacements.

I haven't received mine yet in Canton, MI. I did have an address change before the May 31 contact info deadline, but they confirmed that my new address was on record. Like others mentioned, we're supposed to have them by the 28th, so hopefully soon!

The ticket offjce said smaller groups are mailed first. We have 4 and they are due to go out next week, for example.

I'm kind of surprised Michigan still distributes hard stock tickets. I'm assuming you guys also have a pdf and/or mobile option?
August 19th, 2017 at 4:31 PM ^
Yeah you can print tickets, or have them scan your phone at the gate.
Hard tickets are just cool to collect and a nice souvenir.
August 19th, 2017 at 5:46 PM ^
Yeah for sure, I'm sure it's especially cool for long time season ticket holders...
If you enjoy that aspect of membership I'd ensure to be vocal about it on surveying/feedback you provide. The trend in the sports industry right now is to not only eliminate hard stock, but even PDF as venues are implementing mobile only ticketing. This is to ensure teams collect as much data as possible on ticket utilization and limit external resale channels... I know for many professional teams, members have to pay an additional fee for hard stock tickets.

Question for somebody with season tickets. I purchased mine from a friend of a friend. when I got them from him there was something disconnected at the bottom, can someone let me know what was down there?
