Just happened to me. I was stupid enough to fall for that gag a couple of years ago and it took me forever to get that virus doctor crap off my computer. This time I just did a quick re-boot and it clears all the things its trying to download.

Edit: mine could be unrelated (this is my backup pc), but I don't know, it's worrying because for some reason my AV software won't finish a scan.
