How do I embed a video?

  • Click "switch to plain text editor". This is a link at the bottom of the text box for either a comment or post/diary.
  • On YouTube, click "share" and "embed".
  • Copy the link that appears.
  • Paste the link into the text box.
  • Switch back to rich text editor. This button is in the same spot at the bottom of the text box as plain text editor.
  • Look for a box. It should have a red outline and say either "flash" or "iframe". If you see this, you've succeeded; congrats.

How do I embed a video in a forum topic or diary?

Follow the instructions immediately above, but after clicking "share" on YouTube, you need to check the box below it that says "use old embed code".

...the complainers of the video last week are looking for.

Dubstep with a bunch of clips from a 7-6 team mixed in with some of the best clips in our history. And lots of slow mo on plays that really only went like 6 yards.

RAWK!

I love getting pumped up before the season. Funchess will dominate again this year and Derrick Green and DeVeon Smith will pound some fools. Who else will be there for the opener? I can't wait... Go Blue!!

The Daydrion Taylor hit on PSUs TE Bob Stevonson was the best hit I've ever seen in football. Sadly it ended both of their careers. It also took all of the fight out of the undefeated Nits at home and set the tone for our National Championship run.

Gotta say that's one of the better hype videos I've seen in a while. Excellent work!

It seems most "hype" videos follow the same 'show sad and depressing highlights with sad and depressing music for the first half, then put some highlights and a song about overcoming the odds for the second half' format. It was a cool concept at first and really worked, but eventually I grew tired of seeing us get our asses kicked in our hype video. Some of them are really well done, but I just can't take it.

So, thank you for making this one.

Nice job on the video. Got me thinking about the season and wishing it was already here.

The whole season hinges on the offensive line. If they can just be mediocre, this team can be tough as hell to beat. We'll see how much pride those O-linemen have. All last season and this off season they've been hearing how they're the weak point of the team, how they're one of the worst lines in school history. If that doesn't motivate them to come out and kick some ass I don't know what will. The talent is there, time to gel and start getting back to Michigan football in the trenches.

The defense has the ability to be elite if the Dline makes a small improvement. The back 7 on D are going to be nasty with the addition of Peppers. Linebackers are going to be good to great if JMFR is back to 100%.

I can't wait for the season to start. The more I think about it, the more I think the team is going to rally around the Oline and they're going to come out looking to punish people.
