OT: Braylon comes up big for the Jets

I'm an Indy native and big Colts fan and that hurt soooo bad. Back to CS pain... ugh

Hate the Jets. Good team, though.

That's cool, but what did he list his college as?

"Lloyd Carr's University of Michigan"

I don't really care one way or the other about the Jets. I'm a Falcons fan - Atlanta born and raised. However, I love the fact that Braylon stepped up.

Just cannot understand that Indy time-out at the end. That gave the Jets another play and a very simple FG attempt. Coaching fail.

Yes, I agreed with the Peyton Manning constipated face on that one.

Ridiculous finish. Glad I turned the TV on at the right time.

two clutch catches there for Lloyd Carr's Braylon

I'm so glad he shaved his beard. He looked like a homeless man or a wife beater like Santonio Holmes.

In 3....2.....1.....

What's his tack going to be? Probation violation? Huge beard? Sociopath? Moral bankruptcy? Free Press informant?

Way to go Braylon .... awesome catch.... ...Now Peyton, it's okay, you can go home and cry....

I bet Rex Ryan loved that the game was ended on the foot of a kicker.
January 8th, 2011 at 11:43 PM ^
And his kicker was horrible over past years. Folk couldn't keep a job in Dallas or Washington when they swapped.

bet he's really looking forward to going to boston now that he ran his mouth about tom brady this week combined with the fact his ass is still sore from having the collective feet of the entire new england franchise shoved directly into it the last time they played. good luck rex and keep an enema shaped icepack ready.

a punter or kicker acting/faking getting hit become a penalty. The Colt player clearly tried to pull up and even tried to hold onto the punter but he fell to the ground and got the penalty. You get a technical foul in basketball for faking a charge. This needs to get adopted by the NFL.

Glad to see him do well. I hate the Jets and can't wait for Tom Brady to go all, I missed the 45-3 beatdown let's do it again.

Glad to hear it, and Braylon Edwards is still not off-topic, just like all other former players. I'd rather talk about him than join the "I heard this unsourced rumor that x guy might want to be our coach" threads.

On a side note, Blair White choked for the Colts again. He was slightly out of position on that 3rd and long, dropped the pass, and got yelled at by Manning again. The Colts had to settle for a FG

Looked like GERG was coaching them up the last drive. 3rd and 5 and need a quick out? Ah, 10 yard cushion and retreating, have a few more Jet WR's!
I dislike the Jets.

Rex Ryan, so I'm happy for Braylon but I'm ticked that I'll have to keep hearing Rex's big mouth for at least another week
