SIAP- ESPN article comparing TEBOW and SHOELACE
While I agree that all of this is a little soon, I have to admit I LOVE EVERY GD SECOND OF IT!!

The article is complimentary of RR as well, saying essentially that Meyer is the student and RR is the teacher. Really nice to see the MSM give not only give Denard props , but also Rodriguez the credit he deserves.
Man it is great to win isn't it?

Check out this related doozy at CFN "Tuesday Question - What Now For Michigan?"

I was thinking about posting it but wasn't sure if the CFN hating community would allow it ;) I did see some good opinions on there and some basically say "meh, whatever." I like the ones saying we'll have at least 9 wins but then again I might be partial ;)
Also, the calcavade of whimsey has a few mentions of UM as well for those that don't mind CFN and the typos.

Sooo good to have Michigan back in the positive national scene.
Go Blue and +1 to you.

Lazy analysis coming from the anti-Michigan crowd in this article. If you don't think they are for real, that's one thing.....but to use last year's hot start as your main argument.....how fucking stupid is that?

He's ours and you can't have him!!!

I need to stay away from the forums to guard my optimism, because the Michigan fanbase has been so desperate for success that we are going to get so high that we will die from the crash and burn if it happens again. I truly believe this year will be better, but if and when we lose our first game, THINGS WILL GET OMG CRAZY!!!

the last two years, we're prepared to deal with any size letdown - just remember - if you expect 7 everything else if gravy.

And for the record, while Tebow was a tough sonofabitch, he isn't even fast enough to sniff Denard's warp residue trail.

in the form of a most uncomfortable older-man-for-younger-mancrush? Wow, I didn't know that was now happening.

I absolutely love all of this positive press. Great article and I'm glad people are finally able to see who the father of the spread offense really is. Keep winning boys, the positive press only brings in more and better recruits and gives us a shot to land some of the top players in the country.
