If we are, I can't help but think it's just a setup to YOINK it out from under us following the title games once Washington and/or Clemson (and/or Wisconsin??) adds their win & the title to their resume

Honestly wouldn't shock me to see both us and OSU get YOINK'd like Baylor and TCU did in 2014. Hard to just which should go ahead so they'll just include neither. Bama, Clemson, Washington, B1G champ

So, if we're No. 5 (or No. 4, remember the committee ranked 1-loss TAMU above undefeated Washington) then what is our shot realistically? Could OSU and Michigan both be in the playoffs, leaving two conference champs out?

unless the committee really wants to stick to conference champs and choose the big ten winner over us no matter what. If Colorado wins (or somehow Va Tech) then we should all be excited/nervous. I'm not 100% sure who we want to win the big ten but I'm sticking with Wisconsin because Penn States win over OSU could really not only hurt OSU, but us too. And I expect us to be 4 this week because of quality wins (and 2 losses only being last second losses against ranked teams on the road) we have while Washington has no wins in the top 20 (and a horrible home loss against the only top 20 team they've played). Hopefully Colorado or Va Tech can help us stay there.

I think we want PSU to beat Wisconsin.

If Wisconsin wins, it will be easier for the committee to either A) exclude Wisconsin completely  (and if Wisconsin is out, Michigan is out) or B) include Wisconsin over Michigan since they can easily overlook the Badgers' 7 point loss to Michigan.

If PSU wins, it will be harder for the committee to exclude PSU since PSU has a win against the CFP's #2 team. It's also harder for the committee to include PSU over Michigan since Michigan beat PSU by 40.

Basically, Michigan's strongest argument to the committee would be a 40 point win over the B1G champion, which beat the #2 team in the country.

In Nashville for work with an LSU grad so we're getting hot chicken and cold beer. My God this dude can drink. Everything you've heard is true about LSU fans.

Live in Indy and have been monitoring B10 title tickets all season...

Cheapest were $115 as of Saturday morning...

Now can be purchased for about as much as a tank of gas...

It's just crazy that Wisconsin and Penn State have a better chance of getting into the playoffs than Michigan. It just sucks that we convincingly beat both of them.

Although this guy just said that the margin between Michigan and Washington is incredibly small, so maybe a Washington loss, means we get it.
