Bizarre OT: Chris Sale disapproves of the White Sox throwback digs
https://sports.yahoo.com/news/chris-sale-scratched-from-start-following… I'm a Tigers fan but I liked Chicago's jerseys in the 80s and still enjoy seeing them in throwback games. I guess they aren't for everybody.
He didn't like how they felt and asked to wear regular uniforms. Pitchers usually get to pick the uniform. Reports are he was mad the team is more worried about a promotion then winning and I can't blame him for being upset with how that team is run. Terrible front office and an inept manager. Sale is a wasted talent on that team.

I think your point, and Sale's are quite valid, but that doesn't explain acting like a petulant two year old when you don't get your way.
Sale has already shown he's a bit unhinged with the binoculars incident in Detroit, the Royals brawl from last year and now this.
The rose goes in front big guy.
You have to pitch with fear and ignorance.
"Proud of them for stepping up and filing in and doing what they had to do," Ventura said. "It was very professional of them."
Way to back your players. No wonder they dissolve at this time every year. Even if he didn't agree with how it was handled, Brad Ausmus would have had the players back. Say all you want about his in-game decision making, Ausmus is in tune with the role of defending his players to the media.
Those throwbacks look idiotic and I like eccentric shenanigans.
