Harbaugh Responds to Sparty Trolling with a Tip of the Cap
As everybody knows, Harbaugh spent last night at Quinn Nordin's house trying to flip the nation's #1 kicker. He was welcomed to Rockford by this sign:
A lesser man would have ignored it and grumbled quietly...
Harbaugh responds by recognizing the effort and applauding the fan's commitment to the rivalry...

the bag; spending the day with Harbaugh in your hometown is priceless. Penn St. is swirling in the bowl at this point.

That's our long-term legacy from that flukey game.
To the minions of E. Lansing they will evidently hold onto that game forever as the last good thing (that and the win in the toilet bowl in Columbus) that happened to them - the year the CFB gods smiled on them - put them on the national stage and allowed them to show their true colors - first with Connie Cook's embarrassing encounter with Archie Griffin then their team's humiliating encounter with Alabama.
They will soon slink back out of the limelight where they will undoubtedly be more comfortable. And eventually their biggest accomplishment of their football program will be the times they almost won their most important game - every 3-4 years when they are within a touchdown of Meecheegan.

that amount of time creating a sign like that? I would think that person should have better things in life to do than prepare a rather childish sign. All that sign does is make Harbaugh hate MSU even more. After all it was against MSU when he had his arm broken.
