I can't believe Harbaugh elects the FG down by 18 against a team we can't stop from running for 300+.

Last year this team quit with Hike as HC.  Let's hope they keep fighting this year until the bitter end. That at least, would be a positive.

At this point, I would just like to see Urban make a comment during the handshake that Harbaugh reacts to by breaking his jaw in 3 places with one punch.

and that's the game folks. Well, no need to waste any time watching the Land Grant trophy game. 9 and 3. Won all the games we should have won, and lost all the games we should have lost. Right?

That's your fourth down play? Hoke was a better coach against OSU. The coaches failed miserably today. I have lost all faith in this staff to ever make this team great. They can't control tackling, but they have not put anyone in position to succeed today. 10-3 with a middling bowl win is a lost season when you lose to both rivals.

Well shit on my dick and call me PeePee Browncockings, game over. I hope Meyer somehow gets a splinter in his asshole at some point in his life. Until then, I'll console myself with beer and thoughts of next year.

The media writes off a major opponent, it just fires them up. OSU, ND, MSU.

No way we should have been favored or a pick em.

Anyone who thought we wouldn't get OSUs A+ game was delusional.

We have made big strides, but still have some personnel deficiencies that coaching alone can't fix.

The offensive line is always a problem when it comes against elite teams.  The inablity to block for the run is glaring. Effort was very inconsistent in the pass blocking.  I just hope the loss can convince recruits that their help is sorely needed.

I remember the guys on the audible podcast interviewed an NFL scout and he said Ohio St. and Alabama were far and away more talented than the other college teams, all Ohio St. needed was some focus and they had it today. I am so tired of the Ohio St. game going like this, but as a UCLA fan I remember feeling completely hopeless about the USC game for years and it got turned around with the right coach and the right players. We have the right coach, we have a lot of the right players, nothing lasts forever, it'll get better, it has to.

I am telling myself this to not go completely batshit about how awful this performance was on a giant recruiting weekend. Epic Fail definitely seems like the theme of the day........

is huge. UM has 5 guys on D and 2 on O with real NFL aspirations. Their D has 10 guys with real NFL potential and 6 on O. Add in our injuries on D and this group is a shell. OSU depth is not even apparent in this game. They matched up physically with Bama last year and only lost a few guys. Urban has recruited on the same level as Saban for 4 years now. We are not even close. Yet.

You're right, it took Meyer a few years to build his team. Harbaugh inherited an experienced team and got a big ten starting QB. He did ok but didn't get it done when it mattered. And today he failed worse than Hoke ever did against OSU. The team wasn't ready. At home. How many times have we said that against rivals lately?

Ok can we maybe acknowledge that this game DOES mean more (not that it would make any difference, of course). This is just sad. It's soooo Michigan of this generation.

It shouldn't be. Lewis should be entitled to his space. It's not his fault the ball was thrown so far from the receiver that he had to attempt to catch it through Lewis. It's the shit PI that Brian always talks about. The only "interfering" Lewis did was standing in the way of Thomas...and I mean, come on.

Doesn't matter obviously.

Even if M does win 10, getting Staee and Ohio at home and losing both is a failure. Losing the way they did in both games accentuates those failures.
