Charles Woodson: 1st and only member of the 50/20 Club
Charles Woodson notched his 20th career sack tonight making him the 1st player in NFL history to have 50+ career interceptions (58) and 20 career sacks. Only one other player is even in the 40/20 club: Ronde Barber with 47 INTs and 28 sacks.

if the Tuck Rule sack counted.
(If you strip-sack a QB, does that count as a sack or just as a strip?)

It counts as a sack, too.

1. Great longevity despite playing a position where physical decline is very obvious. Hard to hide a very slow DB.
2. Great ball hawking sense - the great DB's often have that last few steps where they break on the ball and take it away.
3. Avoiding injuries - he has had some but nothing too bad.
It is too bad he didn't play for some better teams. The Raiders must be fun to be on the team but on the field they haven't been consistent good in a long time.

Actually if you also added/factored in forced turnovers in with those 2, he may have an unbeatable record.
What he has done in the NFL is absolutely phenomenal, even considering hes somewhat slow start.
